We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you require an exchange or refund of an item (applies to non-sale items only) please email email@example.com within 7 days. We require you to send the product back in its original packaging, unworn and in a saleable condition. Shoe boxes need to be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged. Customers outside the UK will not be offered an exchange or refund, unless the item is faulty.
Please obtain a free proof-of-postage from your local post office as a precautionary measure in the event that your parcel is lost or damaged. Vevian does not take responsibility for lost or damaged items during transit. Please allow 14 days for us to process your return. We regret that postage costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges are processed immediately and you should receive your replacement within an estimated 5 business days. We will not charge postage and handling fees on exchanges.
Claims for lost outgoing parcels cannot be made until enough time has passed to allow for delays in the post, generally 14 working days.
Personalised and bespoke orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
